There is a lot of flexibility in the statistics functionalitiy of Omnidesk.
Each user you grant permission will be able to create its own dashboard. You can grant a user access to this functionality by searching for the user as admin section at users and grant Supervisor rights to the user or higher.
From that moment the user will see the statistics tab in his Omnidesk application. In this section the user can add a dashboard. On this dashboard the user can add (live) widgets. To do this select the relevant facts, how you want the data grouped (by day, time, user, etc) and how Omnidesk should filter the data (today's data, data of one brand, data of a specific channel etc)
