You can receive and respond to private and public messages from your company's Facebook page. To set this up just click Add page in the Omnidesk application, login with Facebook and then when you are asked to grant Omnidesk permissions to manage your page click accept. From this point Omnidesk will receive new and old messages of the Facebook page you are admin of. In case you are admin of multiple Facebook pages then Omnidesk will allow you to choose which page Omnidesk should manage.
